Commerce Metro Center Portfolio – Reston, Virginia
A portfolio of three stabilized office buildings encompassing 408,000 square feet of Class-A office space, and entitlements for 1.1 million square feet of additional mixed-use development including office, retail, and hotel uses on a 13-acre site located adjacent to Reston’s first (and currently its only) Silver Line Metro Station. The property is situated directly across the Dulles Toll Road from Comstock’s Reston Station mixed-use development and represents the latest expansion of the Reston Station neighborhood, which now totals almost 40 acres surrounding the Wiehle Reston-East Metro Station.
Sunset Professional Park – Reston, Virginia
A portfolio of 30 existing office condominiums on 5 acres located adjacent to the Reston Station Transit Facility, developed in a public-private partnership between Comstock and Fairfax County, and is home to Reston’s first (and currently its only) Silver Line Metro Station. Since acquiring the property, Comstock has secured entitlements providing for the redevelopment of the property to include a mix of office, retail, residential and hotel uses, including a 250-key Marriott Renaissance Hotel and condominium tower, and representing an expansion of the Reston Station neighborhood.
Sunset Square – Reston, Virginia
An 3-acre office park consisting of 52,000 square feet of fully leased office space located adjacent to the Sunset Professional Park and the Reston Metro Plaza, the urban core of Comstock’s expanding Reston Station development. Since acquiring the property, Comstock has secured entitlements providing for the redevelopment of the property to include a mix of office, retail, residential and hotel uses.
Herndon Downtown Redevelopment
Comstock was selected in 2017 by the Town of Herndon as its development partner for a 5-acre site owned by the Town in its historic downtown area that will be redevelopment through a public-private partnership between Comstock and the Town of Herndon. Comstock is finalizing the design of the redevelopment project, which will bring a mix of uses to Herndon’s downtown including; residential, retail, restaurant, and performing arts.
