Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Precautions
Comstock Companies is following CDC guidelines to protect employees and residents against the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Social distancing, cleaning, disinfecting and operational changes are in effect and will remain until further notice.
Amenity Spaces and Events
Shared amenity spaces have been closed in our buildings to prevent the spread of COVID-19. This includes fitness centers, business centers, additional common areas and resident events. We will restore our amenity services once the CDC approves it is safe to do so.
Office Hours and Payment
Comstock Companies encourage social distancing. Please contact your management team by phone or email for office hours, questions and requests. Please use the Resident Portal for online rental payments. Limiting physical contact will help stop the movement of the virus in our communities.
Virtual Tours and Leasing
If you would like to schedule a physical tour or are interested in a virtual tour, call or email the properties leasing team. They will guide you through the tour options that works best for you.
Concierge & Property Management Services
Concierge and property management services are reachable by phone.
If you are not feeling well, please let management know and packages will be delivered to your unit door.
Resident and Tenant Maintenance Services
Please submit maintenance requests through the Resident Portal or Tenant Portal.
Due to COVID-19, only essential/emergency services are being completed at this time. Essential/emergency services are constituted as: a life-safety matter, fire, flooding, biohazard, no heat, non-operational refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove or toilet.
In order to keep both our staff and residents safe, we ask that residents and tenants confine themselves into a separate room while repairs are being made in support of the CDC’s recommended social distancing.
