Loudoun County’s only Metro-connected development, Loudoun Station, is adjacent to the terminus station on Metro’s Silver Line, Ashburn Station (opening 2020), and is currently served by Loudoun Connector, providing direct connectivity to Dulles Airport and Reston Station.
The Loudoun Station neighborhood is already home to multiple corporate headquarters, and a variety of retail, service, fitness, dining, entertainment and residential offerings. Upon full build-out, Loudoun Station will include over 2 million square feet of Class-A office, 250,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment venues, and more than 1,500 residences.
